NLP - The Big Interview

Well, it's nothing that we haven't heard/read before. It starts off with quite a bit of stuff about the "magic" of the FA cup, and how good it is to see non-league clubs doign well against the bigger boys (Not sure why really, becasue SACFC are no longer in this competition).

It then goes on to quote the manager as saying that there's a lot of work to do, need more confidence, slowly turning the corner, we are "technically verry good, .... need more experience" etc etc. He does say something like "making wholesale alterations will only destroy team spirit", but we seem to have been doing just that recently?

The final bit is about how shocked he was when Cash left - just the usual reasons, promoted at work blah blah.

Undefeated in the F.A. Cup this season though Zag. 'Magic'. Does he use the word 'minnows'?

Does he mention the 5 match unbeaten run when he talks about the corner having been turned?

The need to avoid 'wholesale alterations' rings a bell with me from somewhere. Need for stability etc. It will come to me. Quite right, too, in any event. Minor surgery: Yes. Wholesale alterations: definitely not.

'Shocked' eh? Yeah. Wasn't everybody.
