Star FM ran a competition this morning to win two tickets for the match tomorrow and a signed shirt.

 

The question was "Who scored the winning goal in the Walsall game"....hmmmmm brain taxing or what? <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

 

Anyway, my other half (Nelson who co-publishes RebelsOnline with Nathan) won the comp which is pretty damn cool, but what was even cooler was the fact that the three Star FM presenters were quite vocal in their opinion that STFC should be brought back to Slough.

 

It's fantastic that the media (however humble) continue to embarrass Slough Borough Council. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/roflmao.gif" alt="" />

 

I suppose we can now expect whinging from Cllr Janik et al that Star FM have only been presented with one side of the story etc <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/bawling.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/sleeping.gif" alt="" />

 

Does anyone know if Cllr Stokes or the Mayor are attending tomorrow? I ask because their abscence was a topic of much discussion on the Slough Observer forum after the Walsall match.
