I get people at work (Horsham) coming up to me now and asking me why we are playing at Windsor, and not in Slough. I then spend a long time telling them why.

These are people that don't know anything about non-league football.

The publicity is getting around the country

Stop being pedantic people - who really cares if they've got our league wrong.

Saturday is one of the most important games in Sloughs history - victory and a plum draw in the third round and the nations media will put the spotlight on the club and the fact that we are homeless with a useless council who wish we could merge with Beaconsfield or Wycombe.

Saturday is gonna be one nail biting day.

Well I understand that crush barriers have been installed.

You know that those Yeading ten can be a rowdy lot.

Charlie...as martin stated the fence has been strenthend and new crash barriers have been installed at both ends of the ground...

so no rushing onto the pitch !!!

its great that slough and windsor have acted so quickly to solve a possible serious problem...

Thanks......

Honestly do not know, heard last night that they had been put in.

In fairness though I don't think Windsor or Slough could really justify the need for them to be permanent given our average league gates.

Will wait for someone in the know to confirm.
