Get real! The award means nothing, it's just a way of promoting the Conference website. They probably decided the shortlist by plucking names from a hat.

Its good to see Rocky up for an award. Any player from out team to be nominated is a plus however I personally think CHE deserves more credit than Rocky and it should be HE who should be up for the award ahead of Rocky. I still think Rocky is a lazy player and could do better. No apologies from me.

I think many managers would love to have an alledgedly lazy player(personally i call it a languid style) in their team who is likely to get over 20 goals a season.

I can't argue with that seeing as I wasn't there but I am going on the times I have seen him. When I see what you saw I will give my praise, be sure of that!

I am extremely proud of him, and what he has done for us since donning a Margate shirt.

Che's turn will come, in the meantime I celebrate recognition for one of our players, wherever it appears.

i have defended rocky this season as i did che last seasoon. and this proves rocky is getting better.. whats good tho is we know he is still of his best form when he is back on it he will be on fire!!

Rocky is a great player, he works well winning the ball back, and god knows how many goals he has created this season, and is about the joint 3rd/4th goal scorer in the league. Deserves to be up for player of the month.

i really hopes rocky wins but i do feel the che played better than rocky, its a shame that both wern't up for player of the month.
