Yep.....Margate looked very impressive in the extra time period - Thurrock seemed to fade out of contention.

 

Me and Legend had a most enjoyable night, once again....well done gate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

was a savage game with more injures than i can count on a hand they used 2 subs b4 30 mins was up. still freezing cold but a gr8 result...

 

hope Clarke is ok. he limpd off at about 55 mins.

 

not much noise and was about 85 watching and 40 were gate!!! tho gate fans started to get loud at the start of extra time when gate quality shone...

This could be a good competition for the gate. One of the previous posts links to the BBC web site. CK states that he has one or two players who are willing to sign for the club but are waiting on the ground decision. As soon as the go ahead is given we should be looking at a better squad which may well give us a strong chance in the cup before the next round in January.

Can we not squeeze a loan player in for a month, or at least play Bill Edwards at right back.

He played a few games there last season and did ok.At least he can defend
