Attendance

Recommended Posts

Looking back to last season, I see we played at home on the last Saturday in November as well.

Our lowest attendance last season was against Leigh (723) and the corresponding Saturday last year only had 747 v Scarborough.

Equally, several other sides had their lowest gates this season today - Hereford and Daggers for a start.

So, I think we have to put the drop off down to the time of year.

Farnborough on a Tuesday night will probably be one of our lowest gates as well, and unfortunately, I suspect the Barnet game on 11 Dec will also suffer from pre Xmas blues.

Still, theres always the Crawley game at New Year to boost our average crowd again.

Even with todays lower crowd, the average is still 1519, so still a big improvement on lst season.

Sadly, I suspect they're not. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />

On the other hand, hopefully Barnet's status as league leaders will guarantee a strong away following. Agreed, though, our home support could be a little disappointing that day.
