Is that the Conference National teams or just Conference North & South?

dagenahm and redbridge? tony boot plus their doing well, would be a nice challenge or acrington stanley would be good since they're a huge non-league team

Tony Boot dosn't make their 1st team week in and week out, plays 2nd fiddle to Chris Moore.

Conference National plus Hednesford come in now, Conf South and North are already in.

Whats with "plus Hednesford"? whatleague are they in?

Hednesford are in the Southern Premier, equivalent to us, but are exempt to the 3rd round as they won the competition last season.

Wasn't it that, up until recentley (within the past 3 or 4 years) whoever won the FA Trophy automatically gained entery into the 2nd Round of the FA Cup the following season? (i know this hasn't got anything to do with the current topic, just interested to know)

Don't know for certain but I've never heard of this... doubt it very much.

Is the draw "National" or regionalised? Personally, I would like York away or Woking at home.

I actually would have thought it would be regionalised until a little later on. In any case a home draw would obviously be best but I would quite like to visit Exeter or York if it's national (Carlisle would be most interesting !)

No trip to York or Carlisle just yet - just to confirm what was said above ! This is what another said on his forum:

 

"In the next round (3rd and last 64) it is split into two regions - north and south. These regions are broadly the same as the conference regional divsions

 

It is national from the 4th round (last 32)"
