Ade would possibly be in the running for the Assistant Manager's job, he is young, ambitious, what better way to cut your managerial teeth than by learning off people like Andy then as No2 to a div 1 side.

Early days i would think but i would put Micky Adams at the top of the list, ex Gills, proven Manager although the only negative i would put against him is he never seems to stay at one job long enough, another contender must be John Gorman, whoever it is, it will be a tough job, as for Andy Ford i do not think so, not yet, but only Andy knows that one, as for Hessie still a great player cannot see him staying there and playing under a new boss, plus Scally has offered him a seat on the board, interesting one, pity we are both at home this week would have liked to have been at Priestfield.
