I see I only have a set of avators to select. Can I put my personal avator such as my pic? how can I do so.

Yousef, click on my home, select personal information, here you can upload an image from your computer or you can borrow one from a website by inputting the URL of the image.

 

That is about as clear as it gets

Hitchin : my actual home

Leicester: my university home

Slough: Marcus' and therefore my surrogate home

Well I cannot see my avator, probably because I am at work. Those IT people at my company do alot of blocking. I will have to try from home to see my avator.

When you're next logged-in from your work PC, try putting the URL of your Avatar image in the address bar.

This should show you why your Avatar is not visible to you.

 

Unfortunately, if the URL for your image is blocked by your company's filter, you'll either have to move the image to a new location or else choose a different Avatar.
