Hi mates,

 

I've just registered. I want to introduce myself.

 

I am from Kuwait and have attended many games at Wexham Park since 1990. I remember that year when I discovered Slough Town and went to the first game which was a friendly against Southampton. Unfortunately, Slough lost 1-8 I guess. Is Eddie Marr still at the club? He is Match Day Programme editor I guess and he is Scottish. I met him a couple of times.

 

I still have recorded vedeo of some of the games I attended. I look at them sometimes. Mark West is the player I can remember. Great memories. I hope to make the trip to Wexham Park again.

Woody, Kuwait beat China in Kuwait 1-0 and the beat Malaysia 6-1. The same day Hong Kong gave the game to China (7-0)to help them qualify to the final qualifying round of the world cup. Fortunately, the one goal advantage helped us qualify instead of China.

 

But tell me woody, how comes you know that our nickname is Alzraq? have you been to Kuwait? interesting! You support W&E don't you?
