Just got back after a nightmare trip back to wet Hereford! At least it wasn't as bad as the first leg of the journey, where we missed kick-off by 35 minutes due to the accident in Central London. To top that off my mate got attacked and bitten by a police dog.

 

We are finally back to playing football and I think the gulf in class maybe showed today?! Thought your number 8 and the quick black lad who was right wing/striker were good.

 

You also have some of the best stewards in the league. They were wuite happy to escort me to the club shop at half time so I could buy a badge. Most other teams in the conf wouldn't have allowed this, simply because I was a Hereford fan wearing an aquascutum scarf!

Bloody Nightmear to get back got on the m25 and then got to oxford over 3 houres later all in all a long 6 hour trip back. The old bill vidoeing us was becuase we were singing some songs haha. Good game and potter is a laff.

Loads of police again, but not as intimidating as Southport. But the dogs were!

 

The police were filming in case something happens later. Then they can match up video evidence from the trouble with filming fans coming out.

Feel sorry for the true fans of some of the ex league clubs.

 

Always having a police presence and treated along with the "trouble" element that follows them about.

 

Most true supporters of ex league clubs probably never get a chance to appreciate watching a full game from behind both goals with no segregation, talking and sharing a pint in the away clubs social and not being treated like human beings.

 

Seems Shots had a hooligan element at Halifax yesterday and had trouble at home with Carlisle earlier in the season.

 

Exeter had problems with shots fans after their away game at Farnborough. Shots game finished after an earlier kick off against Woking. All orchestrated between Exeter and Shots - an old grudge apparently.

 

Halifax had a couple of fans locked up a little while ago.

 

Didn't see any trouble yesterday and well done the away fans who got behind their team - although it's easy when your the only team playing <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smirk.gif" alt="" />

Crikey! i go away for a week and it all goes horribly wrong!! From having a half decent defence it seems we're performing like a bunch of clowns at the moment. I imagine it will all get sorted out pretty soon but it's a bit worrying. Hopefully with the likes of Boylan and Dobbo due to return and maybe a few new signings we'll turn it around.

 

At least we are still above the Daggers!!!

We were beaten by a very good side and i dont want to take anything away from Hereford, but we are performing like a bunch of clowns! I cannot remember losing 4-0 in a competitive game, let alone 2 in 1 week! Kingy is right know in that we all have to stick together and things will come right but it is just so depressing losing like we have lately. I could probably accept a 0-1 or 0-2!

Don't be too hard on yourselves (or take this the wrong way)! Every team has there level - getting in the conference would be like us getting in league 1 or the championship. You're doing WELL in the league considering where you've come from! Look what happened to us in the 70's when we got into the old div 2!
