Another one goes??

Disappointing news, but I can't really say I'm surprised. Our illustrious manager rarely played him in position, was happy to send him out on loan/leave him on the bench etc and frankly treated him quite shabbily. I felt that Junior Haynes always gave 100%, and am sorry to see him go, especially as no doubt we shall keep players who rarely gave 100%. If report is true, then I wish him all the best.

Can't say I'm that bothered. Whilst Junior did give 100% when on the pitch, for a lot of the time, didn't look to be the same player that signed for us.

Mind you, that could be down to low morale from bad management?

There are a series of players which are on the verge of coming along to training whilst we get rid of players that are surplus to requirements anyway. From what I hear, these will be young local lads who will be cheaper than ex-pros and hopefully have a bit more fight in them for the local cause.

Lets hope that you mean local players as back up or reserves, there is no point in discussing a new stadium if we are content to stay in this league or worse. No! promotion this season must be a priority.

On the subject of Junior,if played in his proper position, left wingback, he was easily good enough for this league.

I am a little disappointed to see Junior go. Personally I always left Gilkes or CJ would get the nod ahead of him on the left wing. I think they have both got more ability than Junior, but you knew with Junior that you were always going to get 100% out of him every game and he would constantly get a seven rating. Not like a few of the other 'superstars' who had a really good game then three bad.

Remember he served us well for a long time and has probably played nearly 100 or so games for us.

Good luck at Dulwich Junior!
