The match went ahead at Woodford United on a pudding of a pitch in an area that had seen snow since Thursday so the 0-2 scoreline does not reflect on the young Manor side who worked well against very difficult odds !

So someone didn't pick up the comment in Centre Spot after Woodford Utd beat Stansted in the last round. They play at Woodford Halse which, in the good old days of steam engines was the main hub of the Great Central Railway and many of the houses were built for the Railway Staff - now it has no railway at all - that's progress ?
