Well!

 

Someone has to ask the question.

 

What's the final score going to be tomorrow?

 

Personally I wouldn't like to hazard a guess.

 

Could be a real stonker of a contest as both teams have a lot to lose in addition to the game.

 

Wadja think folks?

Well WAFC!

 

If Abbey lose, their unbeaten record against ESL teams will go too.

 

Boro, as holders of the Gorden Brasted Tropy, will lose their grip on that and also suffer their third defeat against the Abbots in this first half of the season.

 

Nuff said??

good game, 1-0 down and down to 10 men within first 25 mins. romfords keeper should of prob walked but pleased he didnt cos they playing town soon! then 1-1 then 2-1 romford and finally 2-2. game evened up in 90th min when romford reduced to 10. we went onto a comfortable ish win. to be fair with 11 v 11 romford smashed us and could of been more up, but also we should of levelled . being biased over the whole game i think we deserved to win.

 

HARRY ELMES (DOT COM) was aswome once again, how many nut megs H?

Classic cup tie lads.

 

Open to many interpretations. For example, our keeper getting the yellow card was nonsense. According to the laws of the game handball has to be deliberate, so either it was deliberate therfore off or accedential therefore nothing. If it was the later then when he brought your guy down late on who was running away from goal he should have only got a yellow. As it was the player who took the rap didn't commit the offence, but Minty was abit confussed at times. Sorry I will stop waffling, what I am trying to say is that this is my case for us having no sending offs and you having two off because Cowley was kicked in the guts late in the 1st half and the ref ignored it.

 

Still there were many talking points, but it was great to have some vocal away support even if they can be a bit of a crude lot.

 

Good Luck for the rest of the season, unless we can catch you of course.
