Where's he come from?

Don't know if people have seen this before? Count the number of men there are, then after the picture's moved, count the men again. Where did the extra man come from?

Okay - I've sussed it!!

 

It's to do with the guy on the left, whose top of his head disappears, and the guy on the third from the right, who in the second picture, only needs half a pair of shoes.

 

I had to print the thing out and cut out all the relevant bits, but I got there in the end.

 

Jeez, I wouldn't have slept tonight if I hadn't worked that out!!

Well, in the second picture, everyone gets ever so slightly shorter, as a tiny bit of each of them is making up the 13th body part.
