Still no official word on why Andy let Shears go, but I suppose you couldn't really expect Shears or the Dover website to provide this.

 

Best of luck in the future Shears, seeing as it appears you're leaving. I have to say that in the games he has played for us this season, he has impressed me a lot more than Moore - but as it seems, on-the-field matters don't seem to have contributed to this state of affairs.
