i see there is a match in this cup this week,so it is still going.-,even if the sponsors are not.

 

I think we have Thurrock away.

 

Wonder when game is- i would guess 30 Nov. but maybe MFC could advise

I thought the programme had it as Wednesday, December 1. Not that it matters, the competition is a waste of time.

Was not there sat. so if its the 1st, then so be it.

 

Think it is 'more worthy' than the KSC, and i would like the Gate to progress ,just to see how they get on against a conference national side.

 

If we were to beat Thurrock, then away to Dagenham could be intersting

At least the KSC is a long established competition and there is the prospect of local derbies/grudge matches. As regards Dagenham, we always get hammered up there.

I know the level of opposition that i would rather see the Gate playing against.

 

Maybe its because i have been exiled for the last 28 years i have lost the flavour of local derbies

dagenham are hardly the team they were a couple of seasons ago, struggling this season (shame!)

The winners of Thurrock v Margate will be at HOME to Dagenham and Redbridge in the next round, at the end of January, assuming the competition continues.

In fairness, it does sound alot more prestigious to me named that way
