Still waiting on confirmation from the club. It would appear a hitch has materialised regarding the date of the match which means this cannot be confirmed at this moment in time. Once the news is up and available, I will post a note on here advising everyone.

What were the dates, if you know. Hopeing it will be played on the sunday due to work.

It's scheduled for that weekend. The actual date of the game is what's causing the problem unfortunately.

Ahh right, well arnt windsor at home on the sat, so doesnt that mean we play sunday, or does FA Cup take president?

I guess there will be tv cameras and they would want to put them up on the Saturday if it was on Sunday but they cannot.

 

I can see it being Slough Friday and Windsor Sunday

Out of interest, will the scaffolding put up especially for the cameras stay up for the Yeading game, or be taken down and replaced nearer the date?

I would have thought, being as though it impedes the view of those in the stand, it will be taken down.

Also, as there is no way Slough vs Yeading will be a featured match, they'll only have one camera position - at the half-way line - to capture the highlights. They might simply bring in another 'cherry picker' to save time, and hence all the other gubbins will be removed.
