Hang on; last week you guys we're boasting about the amount of support u were gettin! Now, at one of the best times of the years for football you all go off on holiday!!

 

It doesn't bother me who or if ETFC play over the holiday period; we will still have good support, so it is not too please our supporters.

 

I just think it is a bit sad when WA could have had a really good crowd it now sounds like you will turn down the opportunity; pressure gettin to you guys so early in the season??

St you should really read the posts on these forums and act like a sensible person instead of a fan, you know as well as anyone over the last few weeks all the posts have been about WA V ET so your comment quite frankly is sh*te. If not it has been insinuated. and from what I read (ok maybe wrong here) but persons like chablis were saying about the support not WA people. Pin is right, nothing to do with turining down opportunity the crowd will be there anyway if both sides are at the top. Makes me laugh...when The Abbott's bubble bursts you will all be saying told you so and forget about them and instead of having a go at referree's (which again has gone surprisingly quiet) will start to tell everyone how good you are and how everyone else is cr*p and you shouldnt be in this league..........head sand and ars* come to mind

how do you know we would get a really good crowd?

I'm sure your a decent bloke from the posts I see but on reflection.........why doesnt everyone put it all into perspective or is that just cos its football?

Well that was pretty subtle. Hey, Mr anonymous get a life and show your true colours. And I am a Romford fan, not a Townie. They (The Townies) may have a few problems with their fans' choice of proclivities, but the league is better for them being here and every club makes a few quid when they show up (unless it is midweek...again, grrr). So come on you [****!!****] sniff, be a man and be counted.

Of course you play christmas and the games are all the more fun as you work out who are the players who are serious and forgo Christmas Lunch until after the game and who are the players who are just there for the booze and fags.

 

Football's never been the same since they done away with lace up leather footballs and boots that protect the ankles with hard toe caps.

On the subject of playing at Christmas, we had a player at Romford once who told me, he would annually get himself sent off in the last week of November just to Christmas off!

Heard that many of time my friend it does go on same with 5 bookings they have 4 get the 5 just to miss a game or 2 over christmas.
