Whats was the line up? Any trialists on show - how did they play?

Most of the first team were involved to varying degrees.

Pullen played in goal all game.

McKimm is still not 100%, he hopes to play on Monday in the ressies, as does Moore.

New trialist from Nottingham Forest, Tom someone, quite good. Surey played first half

Skins, Gledders, Jay, Jukebox, Proths, Manny, Pinns, Lovell all played as well as Yinka Salaam and Luke Moore from the PASE team.

 

Played OK, never really under much threat, the Carshalton number 9 looked pretty decent, better than Richard Newberry anyway!

The triallist was Tom Groves - ormer England U-19 International, it seems

 

Tom Groves - NOTTINGHAM FOREST 18.07.85

 

Tom was a regular part of the Under-19's team that won The F.A. Premier League title last season. Although he operated mainly at left back his best position is probably centre back, or centre midfield. A very versatile player Tom, actually joined Nottingham Forest Football Club as a centre forward.
