As if this day wasn't good enough, my £5 on Slough at 6/1 makes it even better... and Dom told me he put a tenner on Slough at 5/1 as well. Everyone's a winner !! Unless you're from Walsall. Regretting not risking the full tenner as well now !! <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/alk.gif" alt="" />

Good to see so many 'well dones' from other clubs, especially the H Railway. I was totally peed when we lost to them, but they sure did have a great big vocal support than day, sheep n all .

I'm so proud today. Worn my Slough shirt all day (which has provoked some strange reaction as I'm manager of a theatre!) I just wish I'd been there. You all deserve it for your hard work and sticking with the team through all the bad times. I hope we get an away tie at Tranmere!

Great day for the 'REBELS'credit must not only go to Eddie and the team but to Martin Deaner for sticking in there and putting all his efforts in keeping the club alive with whom this match would not have taken place.

Also credit to Roy and all the Slough Supporters in giving up their time and putting in all their effort to getting the ground up to scatch for the match to take place.

The Walsall Supporters take credit in the way they behaved before and after the game was chatting to a few of them in the pub and they were enjoying their day in Berkshire all the best to them for rest of season.

What a spectacle this game was shame on the Council and it's leaders for not attending just shows how we have put Slough on the map and are the talk of the Town as well as Radio and Tv

I would also like to praise the preparation that went into the match. Those of us sitting the stand were able to view 2 plasma screens showing the match! Obviously eyes were fixed on the pitch, but when our goals were scored the replys were great!

 

They were also used to show fans during the match, they even showed the protest, and the teams waiting to come out onto the pitch.

Well done Slough.We Saddlers know a thing or two about giant killing,though its not nice to be on the receiving end.Enjoyed the pre match beer tent at the hounds.All the best in round two.

Tremendous result. Of course i wish it was us that got the upset and not you, but i did cheer for you at half time when i read that youd won. Hope you enjoyed your day, and now you have another to look forward to. And only 90 minutes away from an Arsenal or a Man Utd. Good luck for the draw, and well done

Well done Slough on a fantastic result.

 

I was thinking of you as we were getting whacked 4-0 at Chav Central, Grays.

 

Hope Gary, even our old mate Roger Rebel and the rest of you had a good beer up last night to celebrate.

 

Not so sure about Yeading at home though. Good that one Ryman side will make the 3rd round but it's a really tough draw. Good luck though. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/yay.gif" alt="" />
