good news the cabinet have agreed to all conditions - but we have got to produce a detailed plan of planning and a financial package to the council within a 30 day deadline, or council will not continue the agreement, apologies for not being able to give more details but its the wife doing this as dave is at the social club celebrating, official statement will be issued tomorrow <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/greenapple.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/rockon.gif" alt="" />

[color:"blue"]Sounds good, one small worry though - on Saturday KP was saying that the commercial development was being sold to prospective tennants as empty units .. he said then that detailed plans of the units was difficult as they'd sell a shell and the buyer would determine the layout. Hope I'm just being pessimistic as everything seems so close now.
