Searle will bring valuable experience to Forest Green

Forest Green Rovers have brought experienced defender Damon Searle back to The Lawn for a second spell.

Searle has agreed a deal until the end of the season after leaving Hornchurch following the financial collapse of the Conference South club.

 

The 33-year-old played 33 games for Rovers last season after joining the club from Chesterfield in October 2003.

 

He also had long spells with Southend United and Cardiff City, starting over 450 games during his League career.
