I was gripped by cup fever at Eastleigh at the time on Saturday so I can't be certain, but I seem to recall that the chap who used to drive the red tractor mentioned that this Wednesday's Capital League match against Hitchin Town (I thought that this is supposed to be a stronger League than last season - Ed.) has been called off at the Canaries request.

 

I appreciate that Webbo is very busy in the light of his constant dialogue with the Chairman concerning the new managerial appointment, but it might be appropriate to check this fixture to avoid litigation as a result of incorrect information being available on the Official web-site.

 

It has just occurred to me. If Gibbo wants a fan's view of the merits of the various candidates, he might do better to choose someone who gets to the occasional game.

You are indeed right, AFF, the Reserves game has been called off by Hitchin.
