There is one on the Gravesend mad site as well, but nowhere near as thorough.

Carlisle Official Match Report You probably wont be able to access this unless yo're registered though. One comment it does make, which is nice to see, is "Gravesend were a very good footballing side" - makes a change from the opposition saying we were a big boot side, anyway !!

Was Chas Webster watching the same game as the rest of us(NLP report)I suggest everyone reads the Carlisle,club site report,for a true refection on the game.Chas did a disservice to the players who played Carlisle of the park,especially in the second half.

I think 'played Carlisle off the park' is somewhat generous. We had most of the attacking play, certainly, but as FF has already pointed out, Carlisle had the two-goal cushion and so didn't really need to do much attacking. At no stage of the second half did I really think we were going to rescue a point, to be truthful.
