Darran is the main man at Bowers and is widely respected among the wider ESL & Essex FA community. You only have to look at the favourable and complimentary comments made about him by members of Tuesday's Essex FA squad.

Darran & Dean have a good working relationship and results are starting to show that.

Just to reply to the gutless remark that the so called person called INDEPENDENT has put on this forum,whatever people are led to believe that deam wells and his so called PUPPET,(MY GOD THATS ME), have been trying to get players from other essex clubs to come to BOWERS & PITSEA are totally unjustified.Independent before you start making remarks regarding my backroom staff you need to get your facts right 1.When managers or reserve managers move to new clubs so do players that my friend is a FACT.2.If players from other clubs approach either myself or mr wells that is not classed as an illegal approach that my friend is also a FACT.3.GET A LIFE.

AT LEAST I PUT MY NAME AT THE BOTTOM OF MY REPLY MATEY SO COME WHO ARE YOU "GUTLESS" LETS SEE IF YOU HAVE GOT ANY BALLS TO DO IT,SOMEHOW I DONT THINK SO,ALSO 3 DEFEATS IN 20 ESSEX GAMES AS MANAGER FOR EITHER INTERMEDIATES OR SENIOR SIDES ISNT BAD IS IT.LETS BE HONEST IM THE MOST SUCCESSFUL "JUDY" THAT HAS EVER MANAGED AN ESSEX SIDE,NOT BAD FOR SOMEONE THAT DOESNT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

1. My 1st team squad is now nearly at full strength my assistant DEAN WELLS has come on board and brought with him 3 players,not a whole squad but 3 no more no less,what i will say is that those 3 players that dean brought from reserve football have done well, but over the last 6 games so have the rest of my squad.Dean Wells is a fantasic COACH and has done really well and that i have the upmost respect for him as a coach and as an individual
