FA Cup & Trophy

Recommended Posts

Great news on both fronts.

In some ways I hope we draw Burton away again in the FA Cup fourth qualifying round, so that I can actually travel there for a big match with us this season - a prospect I was relishing in the league until the game was placed in midweek. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="images/icons/mad.gif" /> <img src="http://www.longdog.org.uk/smilies/flame.gif" alt=" - " /> <img src="http://www.longdog.org.uk/smilies/angry.gif" alt=" - " />

Failing that, I'm sure I'll be able to put up with a home tie against a side from the lower echelons of the Ryman League <img border="0" title="" alt="[big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />

One thing we must remember is that this season we will become giants to be beaten by the lower league sides in the trophy rather than giant killers, and the road to the 1st round of the FA cup will be a tad easier!

not that i mind of course!
