What a fantastic result last night for bowers and pitsea wivenhoe fielded 9 players from saturdays 2-0 home win against dartford. Bowers 2-1 down at half time and to be honest bowers didnt deserve to be losing,wivenhoe were that concerned that they even brought on their 2 main strikers in STAFFORD BROWNE 14 goals and RAY TURNER 6 goals on at half time,to try and kill the game off.The rest is history full time 5-3 to bowers,frankis gets 4 goals, yeboah gets the other what a fantastic result for bowers & pitsea football club.The manager Darran George and his 1st team assistant Dean Wells have got the players playing good football,unbeaten in 5 now roll on saturdays home game against stansted.

i c jason hallet got 4! good young player. played for our 1st team a few times but played thru most of the youth teams as well. he has played a couple of times for their 1st team. good to c him doing well.

.... and there's another one throughin the County Cup folks, Southend Manor beat Great Wakering Rovers 2-1 after being 1-0 down !
