The Plough is opposite the ground. If you go up the hill towards Gravesend, about 100 yards or so on the right, you'll find the Coopers Arms that has a big screen and will definately show the game. A bit further up, behind a MPV showroom is the Rose, the local real ale boozer with Shepheard Neame Master brew and either Spitfire or Late Red available on handpump. Has also got a small telly. The Coopers do meals (I think!) and the Rose should have rolls and pickled eggs! Both these pubs can be seen from Northfleet railway station. Why not try all three?? Probably be segregation so our clubhouse is unavailable to you. If not, though, give that a whirl as well.

Have a good trip down and maybe have a pint in the Rose with you.

i will be on one of the supporters buses how long will it take to walk from the ground to the rose?

lokking forward to a good game, see you all there.

Straight up the hill, turn right. Five minutes if you're young and fit, 10 if you've eaten one too many pies.

The Rose can be found on Rose Street, the Coopers Arms can be found on the High Street on the junction with Station Road and the Plough is pretty obviously marked... (see MAP )

If you want more, the various (or should that be nefarious?!) hostelries of Swanscombe are just a stone's throw up Galley Hill in the opposite direction to Stonebridge Road hill. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Away supporters are more than welcome in all the pubs mentioned so far. In fact, I look forward to a bit of pre and post match banter in the boozer, sort of makes the match day complete, really. The Rose is getting some extra barrels in, by the way, 'cos Exeter nigh on drunk them dry a short while back! I was not happy when my Wednesday pint of Spitfire had to be replaced by Newcastle Looney Juice. Talking of which, its pub time!
