Well said TC and Keith.

 

We have no worries at BTFC as our Manager is called Justin Edinburgh and not Justin Edinbrough !!!.

 

Why would Justin want to leave a club which is building for the future well positioned in the league ready to push forward to secure promotion and pass the stalebuns.

 

Has reached the 1st round of the FA Cup for only the 2nd time in our History with a big game in 10 days against Stevenage. Before that we enter the FA Trophy on Saturday at Bognor.

 

A big 10 days ahead for the club so why would Justin want to go probably just wanted to watch a game to look at players last night.

 

The futures bright the futures Blue and White.

Whether or not he gets the job at St Albans (and I suspect not as Gibson will want someone with a proven record of success), it would seem that Edinburgh is getting itchy feet at Ricay.

 

Whether you choose to believe what I'm saying or not is up to you. But perhaps you could all save a bit of face by being a little more open-minded and seeing the whole picture.

 

As previously said, I'm just the messenger.

Intresting what you say about offical statements, when was the last time a club made an offical statement regarding all the applicants for a job, it's confident for a start.

 

And despite 'ricky's charge up the Ryman to near certain promotion passing stalebuns on the way as we're already in the higher divison, like it or not, we will still be a more attactive club (and fans <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />)

But like we've said we doubt he'd get the job so you may not need to worry about us spelling his name wrong for much longer but you do need to open your eyes to the possibility.

 

BTW Gazza, are you a sci-fi fan?

EFM, I like the X Files. For my sins, I bought the complete series from 1 through to 9 as BBC 2 pissed about with the schedules and I missed most of the last three series.

 

More attrctive fans...I've seen the pictures Thornsey, you're all as ugly as f**k!!! <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> Still beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

 

And what I meant about an "officail" statement is...I'm sure there is someone at the club that will put an offical "spin" on this when asked. And if not, well, "bothered"...

 

Confident or confidential? It can't be confidential if Zeals Mum's mate who's uncle knows someone, who's Dad is a friend of the turnstile operator, who was speaking to someone down the pub and heard a member of the board say that Justin is blah, blah, blah.... <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> (apologies to Zeal)

I'm sure most of it is on the box set. There are new versions of Working Class Hero and Cold Turkey but I haven't investigated it that much...In fact, I haven't played the box set in ages...more a collectors item than everyday listening...

 

You may well take the p*ss out of my next selection but I bought the new Hall & Oates album "Our Kind Of Soul" last night and it's great. Soul tracks like The Spinners "I'll Be Around" and Four Tops "Standing In The Shadow Of Love" all re done for acoustic and band...Interesting versions...They obviously don't suprceed the originals but are good re makes in any case.

As suspected this topic has trailed off into some bizarre non-leauge scarfer type chat ... ho ho Calder's to become manager (roars of laughter) and gazza has made another "jokey" comment referring to Homosexuality!

Onto the original subject, Zeal is usually spot on with news, friends in high places and all that .... nobody said your Justin was to be appointed (although sounds like he want's to be), maybe you should all find some friends ..... in high places as well <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
