....for tomorrows programme notes.

What chance incidents of "bad behaviour", the "bad feeling following on from the reserve situation", the negative people who come to the club and the lack of support are given a bit of an airing as reasons for SC's resignation ... you all know its likely

VH EFM GB, have we "obtained" our chariot yet for the fly by from the top of the Coca Cola stand. Don't waste your time with flares

Not yet CT, but I'm willing to acquire one tomorrow, or prior to. It's been mentioned elsewhere that we, EFM (I love that) are perhaps in need of a revamp.

In the words of a very wise man 'are EFM too moderate ?'.

I suggest that we address this as soon as possible, flares and firecrackers for starters, followed by at least one hairdryer off the coca cola stand.

Then, we need to intimidate referees assistants with small incendiary devices, or, if we're struggling, bathroom accessories.

EFM GialloBlu Ultras.

For the avoidance of doubt, this post is intended to be vaguely humourous

Thge trouble with you two is that you speak in code.

This issue concerns the debate that originated following the Eastbourne match. There was severe criticism of the size of the flare that was ignited on the terraces. It was far too small and the suggestion was made that the big red ones like what they have at the San Siro would be far more effective.

[All of this was before it was made clear that the setting off of flares at Non League football grounds is illegal or prohibited by some regulation or something. At that point all sensible people withdrew their earlier remarks, publicly.]

Anyway. The discussion then turned back to the San Siro where, quite recently, a motor scooter [possibly a Lambretta or perhaps a Vespa] had beeen thrown onto the pitch from the top, yes that's the top, of the main stand. The scooter was riderless at the time, needless to say.

One or two people in the clubhouse enquired whether there was any F.A. or general Ground Regulation preventing such behaviour in the U.K.

The discussion then moved to the infamous group known as EFM and it was suggested that they may have become far too moderate with the passsing of years. There was some suggestion that a 'Real EFM' should be formed but I wouldn't know anything about that.

I was nothing more than an observer of the discussion which took place at the other end of the bar and involved strangers who I wouldn't recognise again.

EFM have become a bit gay lately. I blame Thornsy and his 'love' pills.

Well, I'm up for driving a motor off the top of the Cola Stand. I've smashed up a motor vehicle before (Vauxhall Nova, 1993, write-off, long story) so I reckon I'd be ideal to sit in the driver's seat. Would have to be a Merc or a Bentley or a Jag, though. Would you be able to donate one, AFF?

Someone suggested nuking the club shop the other day. That would be quite hard-core, I reckon.

AFF, how your memory deserts you in your advancing years. I seem to remember that you, alongside the other members of your 3 generations, were active participants in the discussion. Down to the level where I explained that it was indeed possible to get a scooter to the top of the Guiseppe Meazza and therefore launch it off.

Did I mention la bomba at Firenze ?

As for real flares. Did you witness La Vecchia Signora yesterday evening. At one stage it wasn't possible to see half the pitch and the firecrackers were amazing, very, very loud.

I don't seem to remember anyone complaining.

I've got a couple of pictures that you maybe interested in, I'll bring them tomorrow.
