Suggest on Saturday you give Phil Rice a "pat" on the back as the new Town board member. Most of the business matters were dealt with with no significant concerns.

 

During the excellent Phil and Jim Management team show the membership asked questions to the Board about one issue they were concerned about and the Board explained the current position and how it was currently addressing the concerns expressed.

 

I would be guessing but I reckon there were 60 there.

When the ETFC board was originally elected at the formation of the club.Those that had previously contributed to the old forum (people such as David Bryant) stopped expressing their views on the forum's once they had become board members.

 

I hope that Southport continues to be just as active on here as he was previously. One of the reasons Phil was voted in was because of his contributions to the forums,and so that he could be a voice for the fans.

If you think you can shut up Phill 'Southport' Rice on this forum then you are a miracle worker. He'll be on here as often as usual. He's just nursing a heavy head today (like my good self!).

I think there are those from the club who comes on from time to time and Paul Reed may well be who he says he is. I sense a hint of bitterness. It's not all that you know chops. You have to buy the drinks and food, and hold the team cup with the little finger cocked correctly out of the Royal Doulton and painted periwinkle and be nice to guests.
