The club as said we are to be in reciept of the substancial sum of 300.000 nicker.This as KP said at the meeting is a one off payment.you can also add to this the amounts unknown to us brought in by the new directors. I have a feeling that this unknown amount will be all or near all the club as after debts are payed,until further sponsors are brought on board. So, what are your opinions as tothe playing staff we need to get us up the league.

KEEPERS, i think we ok in that department.Trego is capable and young Hussein is a good enough understudy

WINGBACKS.the team is desperate at the moment,Green out till at least Xmas and Greg Oates for at least a month. two loan signings would be great

CENTER BACKS. Aaron Barnet Ross Baker and Darran Annon the latter as cover until Bill is fully fit.

MIDFIELD. John kiester, Peter Benevides(when bill is fit play Darren infront off the centre backs)un

til then alexis or Tamba

FORWARDS. Firstly who would i release. Rocky, Danial Bully and Ian Pullman. I would give Big darran a few games to see how he goes along side Che and use Moses a little more often as sub but for longer periods. He needs more match fitness hence the cramps at sutton midway through the second half. Che also i believe had the same problem a i do'nt know if it is a injury he is carrying but after every run he stood straigh,took deep breaths and placed his hand on his left side lower back. goals are short ,but i believe our defensive frailties are the root cause, at the moment the team is playing to deep leaving the front men with to much ground to cover to get into scoring positions. Who could be brought in and at what price i do'nt know as prolific strikers are as rare as Gold nuggets in the wantsum.

In amongst this we have Pat,i don't know is situation as he was'nt in the squad tuesday night. Perhaps when the funding or part is released then CK can arrange a few games pretty close to thanet to give the fringe boys (and any trialists)a chance to gain some match fitness.

How much football has BULLEY had since he has been with us? How can you judge him as being "hopeless" on the strength of a few minutes on as sub. The day he came on as sub when I saw him he did very well. Think he deserves a full game and then we could see what he has to offer. Moses is a MUST i.m.o. to play up front.

Agree the rearguard needs sorting out but who do we have left that is fit. Maybe at this time an experimental back line may bring an improvement for the short-term.

Give them a chance. How do you know he wouldn't have been better in the 2nd half MATE!

I have watched Gradley in action and he does very well for the 1st half but completely disappears in the 2nd. What with the injuries we have at the moment all we have are ex-subs playing anyway so CK probably had no option but to use ANYBODY and EVERYBOBY.It may well be that CK decided to give him the first half anyway to get him used to it all and to keep him fit then do the same for the second half with his replacement. How do you know it wasn't already pre-planned and him going off had nothing to do with his form but tactics? MATE!

I believe all players at the moment should be commended for sticking with the club, and given a full chance to prove themselves. without the will to play football and stick with the club, we really would be in the [censored] wouldnt we

With the prospect of new money coming into the club (and possibly new signings) I think you'll see certain players bucking their ideas up from now on.

Did the statement not say that the signing of the agreement willl immediately trigger funds.

 

Whilst MFC may have sent a letter of acceptance, i interperet that signing an agreement is some time off,(lawyers will need to prepare it and then have a row over it) and thus funds may be someway off.

 

Hopefully i am wrong but i have a feeling there are at least a couple of months to go before any money is seen, and alot can go wrong in two months.
