Some people need to park closer than the downs because it is a struggle for them or the person with them to walk too far,bad health or eyesight being the reasons, so anyone with a disabled sticker for their car should be allowed into brimmo car park.

Yes that is a point - the main car park should have some parking bays near the clubhouse/turnstiles (not sure how may are required)reserved/marked out for people with disabilities. I would think that it would be necessary to show compliance with the DDA, quite apart from being a reasonable thing to do.

There are already two parking spaces for the disabled at Brimmo. The reason why we are asking people to park in the Downs is because there will be people from Brimmo who will have been watching the kids games who then stay on to watch the football on the telly.

 

We have two coaches, the Mayor, Joan Ryan and the officials coming tomorrow. How we fit a quart into a pint pot will take a lot of doing.

You are quite right Brunob, but at the moment the dissabled parking bays seemed to have gone missing, bit like everything else at Brimmo that is'nt nailed down.
