Thank you Margate f.c. for letting us know.So what exactly does this allow us to do? Letter of offer? Can you define this "offer" please. What exactly does this mean. Has our club met all the criteria now for the council's full blessing or will this information all come out at the meeting?

So now we have a new legal term "Letter of offer" to go along wuth " Heads of terms" and " Letters of intent".Lets be honest unless you are in the legal system language like this is beyond most people .Like me I really dont understand what it means.Like the matches at Ashford I cannot get along to Tomorrows meeting .I just hope some clear info comes out of it and is publicised properly in a manner that is clearly understood by everyone. Also I do not mean via the computer (like yourselves I am lucky to have one and can acess all this) but not every one has one.Particularly I am thinking of some of the older fans ( I know a few who have not been to a Margate match for some time ) i.e travelling climbing the hill at Dover etc etc.To these people at least the club should be more clearer in giving info via the media in my opinion!!!
