What happened saturday ....against a very poor brentwood side we seemed to struggle....first 15 mins brilliant get a goal and then sit back and relax. In my opinion there wasn't enough players putting the required effort for our team .Brentwood were probably the worst side have seen all year but they played with a lot of heart and chased everything and deserved their point .Our lads need to wake up and realise they dont have to just turn up to win games. We need a bit of steel in the midfield and possibly a new striker .

If we continue to perform as we did on Saturday then the answer is no. Jim needs to change things. Reverting to a 4-4-2 would be a good start.

The strikers were poor against Brentwood. We need to start playing as a team again instead of 11 individuals.

Other than Chopper, I felt Steve Baldwin was our best player on Saturday yet he was substituted half way through the second half whilst an unfit Jason Gerraghty played virtually 90 mins.

We all behind the goal felt that was a strange decision and felt Baldrick was our best player on Saturday (excluding Chopper).

So you'd take our top scorer out of the attack?

Lee Smith has been a shadow of his former self this season and if you're going to shift anyone out wide it should be him (as he did to reasonably good effect earlier this season).

I believe Mr Massala has been unlucky not to get an extended run in the side. He appears to be a 'confidence' player and when he was frequently in the team he caused problems for the opposition (the Sudbury game comes to mind).

Also, I have to say I've not been overly impressed with Pamplin. He did well at Harlow but aside from that he hasn't shown a great deal in my honest opinion. For a big bloke he's decidedly ordinary in the air.

Just, as with everyone else, my opinion.

maybe steve baldwin wasn't doing what jim asked him to do? it's easy being a supporter,we don't know what players are asked to do, and that is why some decisions seem strange. and why jim sticks with players like kevin riley who always does a great job for the TEAM

I agree that jim rightly sticks by riley, Kevin like adam gant graeme hall stuart snowden chopper, all stick to their jobs with passion and commitment covering for the so called superstars who give the ball away so much, making themselves look bad at times for not being able to look after other players men as well as their own ,why don't some of you take your blinkers off and see what is really going on in the matches

What is Arkwright going to sell if he can't sell blinkers?

We pay therefore we are entitled to opinion. We might be wrong and probably most of the time are but we all care about the same team Superstars or Workhorses. We all want to win and that is why we chat and chew the cud on what we might like to see. What worked, what didn't.

I'm glad everybody is entitled to an opinion but some of the things said are too personel nobody means to play a bad game.and as for my opinion I agree with an earlier post, I don't think it matters what system you play as long as everybody does their jobs, I prefer the three, but could jim and the coaches tell one of the centre halves to go 15 yards behind the other two, to act as cover just like sawbo do (that is why we have trounle beating them
