Brentwood Town 1 Enfield Town 1

Bubs. Not all supporters of the same club get on. There are a few people around ETFC that I think are idiots (not many, but a few).BUT that will never stop me from supporting the club.ETFC are NOT like EFC for the simple fact that YOU or one of your friends can (or could of) applied for election to the board. Thus it is possible to influence the club from inside, if you gain enough popular support. Yes, it can seem like a closed shop at times.I believe the closeness of the 'inner-circle'/manager/players can have a negative effect on progress as well as a benificial effect. But Bubs, even though you don't get on with some of these people, they DO put a lot of effort into running the club.

Finally to sum up. Bubs. I don't mind criticism of fellow fans on here (as long as i doesn't get to personal) BUT i think you were out-of-order with you 'Town are crap' comment.

Bubs, there may be quite a few people that you have fallen out with at the Town, but remember there are just as many who still welcome you (especially the old school ex-EFC supporters).Don't turn aginst the club because of personal fueds.

OK POINT 1) NOBODY WOULD HAVE VOTED FOR ME IF I PUT MY NAME FORARD

2) I HAVE PUT MY FAIR SHARE OF WORK IN OVER AT BRIMSDOWN, ESPECAILLY THE CONCRETING.

3) I DO BELIVEVE THE CLUB IS BECOMING A CLOSED SHOP, MY SUSPITIONS TO THIS WHEN ARE ASK THE CVHAIRMAN A SIMPLE QUESTION.

4) I'M NOT GETTING PERSONAL, I JUST WANT THE PEOPLE WHO SLAG ME BEHIND MY BACK TO SAY IT TO MY FACE

5)THE CLUB NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE CRITSISM

6) DO AND BAN ME FOR THESE COMMENTS, OR ARE THEY TOO NEAR THE TRUTH. ETFC STARTED AS THE PEOPLES CLUB BUT YOU CAN'T TALK TO A BOARD COMMITTEE MEMBER, WITH THE ANSWER " I CAN'T TELL YOU THAT ".

7) I THOUGHT THIS CLUB WAS SUPPOSE TO OPEN, BUT IT IS NOT.

Bubs the rules of the club will not allow it to be a closed shop. If you had a paid up membership like the other fans you could have voted whoever you wanted off. It is called democracy. How many other football clubs allow it? We are pretty unique. There will always be groups of friends and family on the Board who support each other but that doesn't stop the democratic process. Is there a democratic process where you could be elected to the board at Cheshunt?

And when they say whatever it is you expect them to say you're going to thump 'em? Will that end it?

For what it is worth I think the Board has gone out of its way to be kind to you when they needn't have.

Be wise let it go.

Hey Bubs

I'd tell you that you are fat git to your face. And you will probably say "pot kettle"

It's democracy. Its not a close shop. If you are not happy with the board vote for someone else. If you think there is enough people who think the same as you then put up a candidate and vote for him.

I'm not sure how many Trust members there are but technically if 100 people all joined and voted for themselves they could in theory take over the running of the club. Please correct me if i'm wrong.

THM
