Well if you told me at half-time we'd win 4-0 i'd never believe you. Cheshunt were first to the ball and we gave it away far too easily first-half. They were much the better side.

 

Second-half we start to put a few passes together, Alex scores then we held off a bit of pressure, game turns 2-0 then we finish them off. Well done lads - very harsh scoreline on Cheshunt, but I felt we did deserve victory.

 

So who do we want in the net round?

Definitely not Hornchurch - apparently they beat Dulwich 8-0 (apparently !!)

Don't know really, maybe the winners of Harrow vs Flackwell at home? Or maybe a trip to one of the bigger Conference sides? No-one's going to be easy.

Scoreline harsh on Cheshunt, flattered us a bit, but we deserved the victory. Roll on the 4th qualifying round!

Two players who haven't got the accolades they deserve this season but were both awesome today, again, are Alex Haddow and James Saulsbury.

 

Saulsbury in particular will probably never win a player of the month vote because he just gets on with his job quietly and effectively and does it bloody well. I bet we'd notice the difference if he was missing though.

 

As for Alex, I'd rate him as probably our best player overall so far. Creates chances and scores goals as well as some excellent resolute defending.

We dont need the F A cup lets face it no non league clubs ever going to go beyond 4th round.clubs like us dont need prize money because we have rich owners,Thats for poor clubs like you lot to pay your squatter rent at that windsor tip .you got lucky and the score flattered you so dont get too carried away,I hope you get stuffed in the next round,See you Ba--ar-s next janurary.

Very poor first half and the game appeared destined for a replay. Second half turned on its head and we deserved a victory although the scoreline was harsh on Cheshunt. They did appear to completely lose their heads at two nil.

 

Our wing backs are superb I am so impressed with their workrate and both Al and Josie are real box to box players. Daly was immense and James Saulsbury is calmness personified.

 

Also want to say a big well done to Matt Seedal. Worked his socks off and the goal was so well deserved. Big plus to see Hakki back and immediately involved creating a goal.

 

Well done Rebels, bring on Flackwell please.
