What seems to have been overlooked amid all tonights euphoria is the wording in the statement from the council saying "It is now up to the club to provide a planning application for the commercial developement, a business plan and a project plan!!!!!.Surely these are the very things that have been the problem all the way and the club have still not delivered .CAUTION PLEASE!!!!!

It does piss me off that after every positive move has been made or made to look by the council they finish off with the same old line. Have you all noticed this. Its their way of saying "yes" we have now helped you whoopee and so give us the credit BUT it aint all over yet. Crafty buggars they are unless they keep doing the same old thing and again they have done that. Wearing a bit thin now though as they are overdoing it.

Would we be at this advanced stage without these other stipulations? I think not. No, everything is in place, its just their way of saying "hold on it aint all over yet".What a load of baloney!! Its all done and dusted and they damn well know it!

I think those aspects rely on the developers for their commercial development-just prey they will come up with the goods.

Commercial development,business plan & project plan.They are already with the council.Dont let them fool you into believing they aren't.

The Council will continue to spin away to make them look like angels and the club a devil. I don't believe a word SE says, particularly in the media, he just tries to make it look good from his point of view.

I am prepared for them to try to shaft us regularly at the eleventh hour until the first game back home. I just hope the club keeps its eyes on the prize and battles on, as they have done.

What I think is interesting is that the momentum for a solution to the lease problem did not become a necessity from the Council's point of view until the club went public on the website. Until that time we did not hear a peep out of them.

It is thanks to the skulldruggery by Sandy and his last minute intervensions time and time again to try and bring the club down that has cost the council all that taxpayers money he harps on about.

 

The word BACK comes to mind when dealing with Sandy, with currently BACK TRACKING replacing the usual BACK STABBING or watch your BACK.

 

I know he is a politician but when will he come clean on his true feeling about the club.
