[color:"blue"] For those that didn't hear, SE & KP speaking to Radio Kent (from different venues) SE said that the proposal of a licence deal was just a proposal for negotiations & that, as it was not acceptable for the FA regulations that the Club had to meet, they have adjusted the offer to a 10-year lease which is acceptable to the FA. KP said the outcome of the meeting is good for the Club and the Development Partners and the result of the meeting is adequate for the purposes for them to deliver the development. KP said they hope to return to Hartsdown at the beginning of 2005-6 season.

SE went on to say that the Club still have to come up with the business plan, the project plan and the final planning application for the project to go ahead - but hoped this is all good news for the people of Thanet, the fans and is looking forward to the community benefits this scheme will bring as well.
