So the true is out at last. It was all your fault Ian not Sandy's. I was thinking all this time that the Thanet Carpet Salesman hated football but loved art when all along it was you stirring up problems.

 

Seriously at the end of the day the decision on building rests with the council and if (for whatever reason) they don't like you or your plans you have a hope in hell of getting passed them.

 

As far as I am concerned certain people with a little clout have used it to settle old scores. What these people have forgotten is that they represent the people of Thanet but don't rule or own them.
