STATEMENT FROM THE MANOR

Recommended Posts

Just to confirm Stuart has left to manage Brimsdown Rovers. He has invited 2or 3 Manor players for training so thats all and untill they sign there still Manor players. With regards of turning down an approach for Jonny Quinn from Enfield Town there is no truth in that at all.If there is ever a seven day approach, the player involved would be told to have the chance of going to a bigger club.We at emfc would never stand in the way of any player who can progress. We would like to thank Stuart for the help he gave our club in the 3 months he was here. Eton Manor will rebuild from here and youth will play a big part of that.Thank You from emfc

Great to see a statement that spells out the truth.I for one know that 90% of the players will be glad his gone.I watched Manor last season and the boys were up for every game but now they go through the motions.Speaking to players Margolis was spoiling the laugh and joke attitude Whitelock put in them.I hope they go back to just enjoy and spoil other teams fun.Come on Manor lets enjoy whats left of this season no pressure and no MARGOLIS.

Hello everybody i'm back in the land of esl forum's. Just been speaking to our manager and between us have decided to bring in strict disciplinarian Brian Partridge to get a bit of our "Muck & Bullets" attitude back. we are now in the process of rebuilding our squad, after some player and personel movement.Despite the loss against Romford the signs of the old Manor were there. True, we are now very young and inexperienced, but the future looks bright and at least we stand a chance of getting a result and with 11 finishing the game last Saturday things will improve.Brian Partridge will be an added bonus to the club, we've all worked together before and it brought success, so with nothing to lose, lets give it a go, new broom and all that c**p. Don't expect much this side of xmas, but watch the results in the new year. Happy Days.

If Stuart was as unpopular at Eton Manor as everyone is suggesting, why is all the talk of a "rebuilding process"? I thought he only took 3 players who were not regulars in the first 11?

Mr Happy, there is nothing wrong with a bit of ambition, just because a club was considered unambitious before doesn't mean they have to remain that way forever.

If Brimsdown Rovers have found some ambition then let's see some of Margolis, some of their players, officials and supporters helping out at the Brimmobeu to improve the facilities.
