after watching southend manor convincingly beat enfield. questions will be asked can they mount a serious title challenge.

i thought manor contolled the game , enfield was feeding off scraps. i feel enfield dont have enough good quality strikers and to many sending offs let them down.

The GB Trophy was not top of ETFC's priorities this season.Even though Town have a lot of players out injured at present,they would have fielded a 'squad' side anyway.

Along with the majority of Town supporters i didn't go to the game. My 'squad' comment was in regard to the poster who said about the match... 'it showed that the youngsters who played were not good enough yet'

Smith did and from the match report so did at least, Campbell, Hall, Negus, Gant.

Cut off in the prime of life there !..... So, three different attendances from three well meaning folk 55, 60 and 61 .. looks like someone crept in over the fence, mind you a few came in to watch the last ten minutes of extra-time but I assume they are not counted. so, 176 divided by 3 = 58 and two thirds which is the remainder of the guy coming over the fence - serves him right ! <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" />
