Odd that no AC-hope is injured and no other factor-although i thought he was out of salts in last 2 games.

 

If DW is back on board, as i was saying pre-season, i reckon that guy will be phenominal in conference.

Must stick by him-look at Akpo-now in Huddersfield first team squad.

[color:"blue"]Odd about taking back Watson, as we have an abundance of strikers Che/Rocky/Moses/Bulley/Pulman (wouldn't be suprised to see him leave)/Benevides (he is a winger rather than midfielder) - but a shortage of defenders (what with Green out & Oates struggling) would be nice to go into a game playing a full defence & with a recognised defender on the bench.

 

Perhaps Watson has agreed to something like pay-if-you-play as a means of getting fit and putting his face in the shop window.

Do we know he is unfit still then Peter-he's had all summer to get sorted.

Frankly he did not do bad when only half fit.

 

Would be interesting to know what he has been doing the last 6 months ?

 

Agree that it could/should be end of road for pulman-his loan spell must be up anyway but stupid boy got himself sent off so guess he came to end of loan and then Gate pay his wages whilst suspended on behalf of Folkestone.

 

Agree with Beckwith going we are short of quality defenders, but imagine Watso and Che upfront with Rocky just behind(or as current buzz word goes -in ze 'ole),we would'nt need a defence.

Looks like that Peter, although actually i think its so much more professional and a better performance when we keep a clean sheet

In reality prefer a 0-0 to a 3-3.

 

I'm probably getting carried away with Watsons return.
