I enjoyed my visits to St Albans immensley in the few previous years especially the trip down in the year we won the Ryman. I'll never forget - we played you sometime deep into the winter and you was with us pretty much neck and neck. So it was down to our game with you. We ended up winning 3-1 and you sloped off. Our closest rivals in the end were Aldershit but they sloped off too. Now look at you - such a shame and such a waste for such a lovely club.

Many congrats to the oranisers of the successful appeal against the result of the St.Albans match. As a club they are one of the least pleasant we have to mix with,and it is most pleasing to witness the rubbing of their noses in the proverbial.
