Up to its usual " standard" with Lazarou the Chair of Enfield and Derek Bird, Secretary. A photo of Basildon United in ESL section and exactly the same one saying Concord Rangers on the next page, two photo's of Sawbo yet no photo's of Enfield Town winning the Cup despite the fact that I know someone very well indeed who sent three in ! Photos's of Match Programmes can hardly be read and there is mention of one person on their club information page who has been deceased for two years ! To top it all, you keen readers, since when have Canvey Island been in the Lancashire Combination ? .... great fun if you have a sense of humour or it will make you cry !! <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/bawling.gif" alt="" />

Have to admit that the Spartan South Midlands section is pretty good and PBT's info is spot on - no doubt because you bothered to help out the poor chap in the first place with the right info.. such publications are only as good as their contributors !

Made a contribution to the review of the season for Canvey in the NLD and it's full of spelling and typing errors even though I proof read it several times.

 

And they will insist on spelling John Kennedy without the 'h'!!!

My sincere apologies to Yellow EFM for suggesting it was the contributor's fault, it seems that you send something in and they get it wrong, so you don't send anything in and they get it wrong .. there is no happy medium ! Keep smiling ! <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
