What is lacking is experienced older players to guide the younger ones .Its nice to have rids back in the side but its not enough, and when things go wrong theres nobody to lead them or encourage them. I have seen the old club play a couple of times this season .We need the likes of Al James Hannigan Greg Howell & Dave MacDonald very soon or the season will be wasted by christmas.

Let's not forget we are unbeaten in the league this season,and our record breaking unbeaten away record is still intact.

 

Regarding experienced players. Take Teddy Sherinham.As he gets older he always has a great first 10-15 games of the season.Around november his legs go and he picks up injuries.Lets see if players like Macdonald and Hannigan finish the season as stongly as the've started it.ETFC have plenty of experienced players AT THIS LEVEL,so naivity and lack of leadership should not be a problem.
