oi ian.. i still dont get bold on unread posts in a thread.. the numbers in brackets are erratic to say the least.. and when i click on the thread it dosent automatically scroll down to the first unread post, i have to scroll through the lot..

oh and my name isnt in yellow yet either any danger!!!! ;-)

And when I moved from the football forum to this one, everything I hadn't read was in bold but it said I wasn't logged in, so I had to go back and log in again and now everything is down as being read.

The Google pop-up blocker seems to be causing some problems. I can't get into any of this at all unless I hold down the Ctrl key.

OK, scrub the above, all seems OK now. Must have been something to do with cache'd files and firewalls or summat.

My posts still aren't showing bold, and when they do, and I read the first one, they all then show as un-read afterwards.

Is that as from this morning? I am hoping things are a lot better now. Some changes were made in the wee small hours.

 

Can you close your browsers, open them up again, and see if the problems have gone. Might want to clear your cookies and log back in, just to be on the safe side.

 

If not, I need to know exactly what happens, the forum that you are on, what link you clicked and what the effect was. The more detailed info the better, so that I can try and replicate the problem.

Done all that, Ian, and re-logged back in.
