WHAT MAKES A SUCESSFUL ESSEX SENIOR LEAGUE CLUB

Being very involved in a youth football club, I was wonderering what it is that makes a club like yours sucessfull when there is very little money coming into the club, plus the many volunteers and unsung hero's making it happen week in week out.

 

Whats the secret please as this could help other clubs in the same boat

 

This is a question to both the supporters and committee or even if you have a point to make please tell me.

Depends which club? We all enjoy football and the community around it. Money isn't everything but it can help with retention of quality players and improvement of facilities.

If you're addressing your question to Enfield Town Zody then the simple answer is to start a new club from the remnants of another is the same locality and take a hundred or two or more disaffected supporters with you which guarantees you immediate lots of dosh through the turnstyles which gives you head start on all the other ESL clubs. The Boro included I'm sad to say.
