The point about Southon is Hornchurch have released him to play tomorrow, therefore cup-tyeing (?) him to our giant-killing march into the 5th round (or beyond).

We take t'lad on loan until Christmas and his wages on a per minute played basis exceed those of David Beckham. Our good friends at the Urchins, in sympathy and with a tad of embarrassment, allow us to play him in the F.A. Cup, notwithstanding that his market value to clubs in the Barclaycard Premiership will probably halve as a result.
